![]() ![]() Our internal tech department used my credentials on his 2019 MacBook Air, using the same MRD app, and he WAS able to connect. I have researched multiple different forums and tech groups and no one can provide me with the right answer. It is providing me with the error code: 0x3000066. I have triple checked every setting on my Mac, my work station, and MRD app, and they all seem to be in order. I downloaded the Microsoft Remote Desktop app via the App Store and it will not allow me to connect to my remote session at work. I have a 2019 MacBook Pro 8GB 1.4 ghz i5, with macOS Big Sur version 11.2.3 installed. I recently started a new job that requires me to work from home. ![]()
